		<description>Given the economic situation this year, this makes sense to me.  Cost cutting is going to be big and virtualization is one of those low hanging fruits.  Especially virtualizing the PC.     But the Agile role is going to be fun.  Sarbanes-Oxley, security and legacy applications are going to be drags on CIOs trying to innovate and stay fleet of foot.  We definitely have to change, but it is going to be tough.</description>
